Workshops & Retreats

Rachel offers regular Yoga Workshops which give you the chance to delve more deeply into a particular topic or style of practice. Workshops are usually around two hours long and include tea, cake and the opportunity for a chat.

Recent workshops include;  Aroma Yoga (Yoga with essential oils), Aroma Yoga for Immune Support, Aroma Yoga for Women’s Health, Pregnancy Yoga, An Introduction to Yin Yoga, Yin Yoga Through the Chakras, Yin & Yang Yoga with Abi King, and workshops focusing on each individual chakra with essential oils, music, Yin & Hatha Yoga and meditations.



All scheduled in- person workshops are currently on hold but Rachel is now offering live online versions. Please keep in touch for the latest updates.
